Sanctuary Kitchen is more than just amazing food. Through their culinary training program and social enterprise, they provide professional development and above-market wages to immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers in the Greater New Haven area.

Giv Coffee is a coffee roasting initiative that seeks to utilize coffee's global influence to bring about positive change in the international coffee communities, coffee consumers, and the lives of those in need.

At G Café Bakery, "G" stands for "Gentilezza", a principle that guides everything they do. From their approach to baking, service and the environment they create. It's about creating food that is wholesome, authentic, and made with intention.
