Based in Canton, CT, Giv Coffee is a coffee roasting initiative utilizing coffee's global influence to bring positive change to international coffee communities, coffee consumers, and those in need.
G Café's artisan pastries are a New Haven favorite. The “G” stands for “Gentilezza,” or gentleness, reflecting their commitment to baking with care, creating wholesome, authentic food made with intention.
Sanctuary Kitchen, a program provided by CitySeed, offers immigrants and asylum seekers, culinary training and professional development opportunities, fostering authentic connections between local residents..
